While your vehicle is being transported you can easily track where your vehicle is.
While your vehicle is being transported you can easily track where your vehicle is. We provide you with the trucking number which will help you to wait your car delivery without any stresses. All of the drivers who are in Safeeds Transport Inc’s network are really professional. They will provide tracking numbers once we booked. After booking finished you will be able to personally talk to the driver and track his location.
The client will have direct communication with the truck driver while the vehicle is in transit.
Once your driver is confirmed, usually, 24 to 72 hours after setting up the reservation, we will get in contact with you to give you accurate pickup time, and estimated time for delivery. Every order receives several different options, this way, if the first option is not convenient for you, most likely, the next one will.
Estimated time-frames are always bound to the traffic and weather factors, and while we can be accurate in this regard, we can’t be 100% precise. If you are around a heavy traffic area keep in mind that dispatched carriers are most of the time eighteen-wheelers double-deckers, and just a flat tire could severely delay the whole operation.

There is no 24/7 online tracking available. BUT, I pride myself on always being available for my customers and my drivers. I will make sure to keep up updated at all times. And if you ever need a status update - you can call me or your driver directly!
Most companies telling you they track vehicles are not completely transparent about it.
Where is my Vehicle?
Tracking a vehicle while in transit on a truck is mostly done by contacting the trucking company direct or the driver. And that is by phone or email. If a broker tells you do track your vehicle, it means you need to make calls to find our where it is. These are some of the reasons why tracking a vehicle is not as easy as a tracking service such as provided by UPS or Fedex:
- Each shipment is unique and is often a one time transaction carried out by different parties.
- Brokers do not have devices that can be placed in vehicles to track each vehicle's entire route.
- Most Carriers are indepoendent and do not carry out instructions from brokers to use tracking devices for their customers.
- Tracking of vehicles is complicated and will be costly to incorporate into the shipping rate for customers
- Carriers tend to shy away from being tracked as they often have to change their original routes due to unforseen circumstances and that may cause alarm amongst customers.
There may be a few companies that may offer some type of electronic tracking but those are the exception. And they may be quite expensive compared to most other reputable auto transport brokers. It is important to know that your broker is dependable, relaible and have up to date information on your shipment. By giving them a direct call will be just as good as tracking your vehcile online.
The best way to find out which brokers are worthwhile considering shipping your vehcile should be vetted and researched. Consult the BBB or google for customer ratings and reviews. Do not just take the cheapest quote. It may cost you a great deal of money and frustration.

About GPS tracking, the reality.
Most brokers claim they provide GPS tracking. The reality is that brokers by definition do NOT own trucks, we find carriers that transport vehicles for our customers. In reality, few carriers actually have GPS. However, Christa's Excellent Auto LLC accomodates for this by keeping with the customer through the entire transport 7 days a week, I give a copy of the legally binding contract between myself (Broker) and the truck company (Carrier) that gives you theCarrier's and driver'sname and phone number as well.
You can track your vehicle shipment.
When choosing a moving company, prior booking, asking the quesiton "how you can track your vehicle is very important".
Most drivers don't have live GPS tracking that they are willing to give out, primarily due to the safety of the driver and the load he is transporting.
The easiest way to check the location of the vehicle is by reaching out to the shipping agent and asking the status on the shipment.
Often you will be provided with the drivers direct phone number and name, that way he is a phone call or a text message away. If the driver is not responding or busy at the moment, the carrier dispatch department is always working during regular business hours.
We recommend that the client calls or sends an e-mail to the shipping agent.
